Every vibrant village needs its spark of wonder, and Lorraine- the brilliant artist behind The Butterfrog- brings an unmatched blend of beauty, whimsy, and genuine joy to the Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival (and every event they're at!).
Her artwork captures an enchanting, lighthearted world that effortlessly makes you smile. In fact, one of the very first treasures I ever bought when I began working at the festival was one of Lorraine's creations, the Bumblebear print, which still holds a cherished spot as a personal favorite.
Beyond her boundless talent and wonderfully imaginative designs, Lorraine is simply a beautiful soul and an incredible neighbor in the shire. Her warmth, laughter, and uplifting presence brighten the grounds for festival-goers and artisans alike. We are thrilled to celebrate her work and share her magical creations with our community.
