Soothsayers' Healing Smudge stick is a balanced blend of mountain sage, cedar, sage, and Copal resin. Healing sage is used for purifying the atmosphere, dispersing negative energy, and for protection. Its soothing, relaxing aroma can be used to aid meditation or burn simply for enjoyment.
Burning instructions:
- Light the bundle from the top for about 10 seconds then gently blow it out.
- You may crush the leaves and place them on a burning charcoal tablet.
