Thank you for your order from Soothsayers, LLC! Here is what you need to know about how we ship your items.
1. Order Processing Time
We are a small business, and we process orders with care. Please allow [e.g., 3-5 business days] for your order to be processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
-
"Business days" are Monday - Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays.
-
This processing time is in addition to the shipping time.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship all orders via [e.g., USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail].
-
Your shipping rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination.
-
You will be able to see the final shipping cost before you confirm your payment.
-
(Optional: If you offer free shipping, add it here. For example: "We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.")
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the carrier's website.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please double-check your information. Soothsayers, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fees to have it sent to the correct address.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Soothsayers, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier's tracking information.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please do the following:
-
Check with neighbors or your building's mailroom.
-
Contact your local post office (USPS) directly. They can often provide GPS coordinates of the delivery scan and are best equipped to help you locate it.
-
File a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
