Refund & Return Policy

At Soothsayers, LLC, we want you to be clear on our policies. Due to the nature of our products and services, our refund policy varies depending on what you purchase.

 

1. Tarot Readings & Services

 

  • After Service is Completed: Payments for all services (including tarot readings) are non-refundable once the service has been completed. When you book a reading, you are paying for the time, energy, and expertise of the reader.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    • Appointments rescheduled with 24 hours' notice (or more) will be moved to a new, mutually agreeable time at no extra charge.

    • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Failure to provide notice at least 24 hours before your appointment, or failing to show up for your appointment, will result in a forfeiture of the full payment for the service.

 

2. Physical Products (General Policy)

 

Due to the spiritual and often consumable nature of our products, all sales of the following items are final:

  • Herbs and Teas

  • Oils and Anointing Blends

  • Crystals and Stones

  • Candles

  • Handmade Art

  • Other Consumable or Spiritual Supplies

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items.

 

3. Exception: Tarot & Oracle Decks

 

We will accept returns for unopened and unused tarot or oracle decks only, under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us at hello@askthesoothsayers.com to initiate the return within 7 days of your package being delivered.

  • The deck must be in its original, sealed packaging and in a condition that can be returned to stock.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Your refund (for the product cost only) will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

We take great care in packing your orders. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

  • You must contact us at hello@askthesoothsayers.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must include your order number and clear photographic proof of the damage or the incorrect item.

  • We will work with you to provide a replacement or, if a replacement is not possible, a refund.
