1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Soothsayers, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.askthesoothsayers.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products or services offered, including tarot readings and magical supplies ("Services" and "Products").

By accessing our Site, purchasing Products, or booking Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase any Product or book any Service from this Site. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older.

3. Services & Products Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

All tarot readings, spiritual guidance, and related services are provided for entertainment purposes only.

No Guarantees: We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations about the accuracy, applicability, or quality of any reading or consultation.
Not a Substitute for Professional Advice: The information provided in a reading is not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified expert. Information from our Services should not replace guidance from a:
- Medical or Psychiatric Professional
- Legal Professional
- Financial Advisor
Personal Responsibility: You are 100% responsible for any and all decisions and actions you take based on any information you receive from our Services. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on any reading or service.

4. E-commerce & Product Terms

Product Information: We strive to ensure all information, descriptions, and images of our Products (magical supplies, crystals, herbs, etc.) are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
"Curio" Disclaimer: All magical and spiritual Products are sold as curios only. We make no claims or guarantees as to their "magical," "supernatural," or "medicinal" properties or outcomes.
Payments: We accept payment through Wix and/or Square. All payments are due in full at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Shipping: Shipping and handling policies will be detailed at checkout.
Returns & Refunds (Products):
- Due to the nature of our spiritual and consumable products, all sales of products are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged. If your item is damaged, you must contact us at hello@askthesoothsayers.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
- Tarot/Oracle Cards Only: We will accept returns of unopened and unused tarot/oracle deck products within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is able to be returned to stock.
  Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Please contact us at hello@askthesoothsayers.com to initiate a return.

5. Tarot Reading & Service Terms

Booking: All Services (tarot readings, etc.) must be booked and paid for in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least a 24 notice to cancel or reschedule a Service.
- Appointments rescheduled with proper notice will be moved to a new, mutually agreeable time.
- Failure to provide notice before the 24 hours or a "no-show" to an appointment will result in a forfeiture of the full payment for the Service.
Refunds (Services): Payments for all Services (tarot readings, etc.) are non-refundable once the service has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with your reading, please contact us at hello@askthesoothsayers.com to discuss your concerns.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any Service, at our sole discretion, for any reason, at any time. This includes but is not limited to: conduct we deem to be inappropriate, abusive, or harassing; or if a client's requests are outside our ethical boundaries. If we terminate a Service in progress due to your conduct, you will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, blog posts, and product descriptions, is the property of Soothsayers, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Site without our express written permission.

7. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., social media, payment processors) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soothsayers, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of our Site, Products, or Services; (b) any conduct of any third party; or (c) any reliance on information provided by our Services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Soothsayers, LLC and its owner(s) from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, Products, or Services, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, United States of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this Site and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
